established in
1998, is one of the oldest boating supply sites on the Internet and continues to
rank among the highest in customer satisfaction. Marine.com’s founder and CEO,
Rob Proctor, invited Mind Drivers to partner with him in 2000. Marine.com has
become one of the largest and fastest growing marine supply online retailers
providing marine electronics, safety equipment and a wide variety (over 30,000
items) of general marine supplies for both the motorboat and sailing markets.
Mind Drivers made an initial investment in 2000 in Marine.com.


SailNet
was started in 1994 and is now the largest online sailing community with over 100,000 members. SailNet offers access to thousands of informative articles written by well-known authors in the sport. The website offers forums, blogs, a photo gallery, boat reviews, classifieds and boat sales. There are over 200 user groups hosted by SailNet and an online store offering over 30,000 products.
SailNet community was acquired by Marine.com LLC in October 2005.


Speedwake
was launched in 2002 and has become the most popular high performance boating community on the Internet. Speedwake provides boaters with forums, blogs, photo galleries, classifieds and boat reviews and is fast approaching over half a million forum postings.
Speedwake was acquired by Marine.com LLC in 2006.

YouChoose.net
is the online social network where passionate individuals learn, debate, share and TAKE ACTION on issues of importance to them. YouChoose provides its users with an online environment that freely facilitates exchange of ideas, debate of issues and access to related information. Its structure naturally encourages and enables individuals to find each other and to join together through Petitions, Pledge Campaigns, Career Challenges and Announcements to accomplish their goals.

PCImail is a secure web based communication / messaging solution which was developed by Mind Drivers for the Payment Card Industry (“PCI). The PCI Data Security Standards (“PCI DSS”) set forth by American Express, Discover, JCB, MasterCard and Visa require all merchants and service providers that store, process or transmit cardholder data over the Internet to use secure and encrypted communications. PCImail is a reasonably priced solution for this requirement and also includes a powerful help desk FAQ Database system, eliminates SPAM and directs customer email questions to an answer or to an appropriate person to respond. PCImail is one of the most robust systems available in the secure communications market at its price level.


Traffic Analysis
technology was acquired by Mind Drivers in 2004 under a license agreement and is a web-based, real-time analytical solution that tracks each web visitor starting with from where they came from, came to and where and when they leave your Website. The reports answer site navigation problems, ROI on Search Engine Performance and other advertising campaigns, content evaluations, ecommerce leads and more. Traffic Analysis is presently marketed under an agreement with EnterURL.com, a division of InternetSeer.com.

technology was acquired by Mind Drivers in 2005 under the terms of a License agreement. AnswerMate offers a powerful help desk solution (button)
that will instantly answer your customers’ questions through a proprietary FAQ Database system. The technology also eliminates SPAM while directing
customer email questions to an answer or to an appropriate person to respond. AnswerMate is one of the most robust systems in the CRM market at its
price level. From Paper.com to EmpireStateBuilding.com, AnswerMate continues to support businesses of every size.

Internetseer.com
was started in 2000 by co-founders Mike
Dever and Mark McLellan and has become the world’s largest provider of Website
monitoring services, with more than 1 million small business subscribers. InternetSeer was the first in-house Mind Drivers development project from
concept to profitable market leader. The company has been cash flow positive
since 2003 and continued to grow revenues and cash flow up to its sale to Landmark Communications in July 2007.



atwatch.com
was acquired in 2002 and provides enhanced Web site monitoring services to a
variety of mid- to large-sized businesses and controls one of the earliest
patents covering the technology and methods used in monitoring web sites. The
founders of Atwatch spent several years and millions to build superior
technology but were unable to market the technology. Mind Drivers acquired
Atwatch in 2002 and made it a division of InternetSeer. Between that acquisition and the sale of InternetSeer in July 2007, both sales
and customers at AtWatch increased more than 5-fold.

was created by Mind Drivers and launched in 2001
offering Search Engine Submission Services. Today, EnterURL, as a division of
InternetSeer.com, offers a suite of products and services all supported by
experts, to assist businesses in building a greater online presence. From
website design to search engine optimization, to tracking leads to your website,
to hosting, EnterURL has grown each of the services to profitability.


claymont.com,
was founded by Mark McLellan, co-founder of
InternetSeer, and is a web-based search engine that allows users to search and
retrieve specific information online. Claymont.com is another example of great
technology developed and combined with Mind Drivers to provide the strategic
direction and management necessary to allow it to grow and prosper. Claymont.com
was sold to Landmark Communications in July 2007 as a division of InternetSeer.
